Advantage Surveillance, Inc. uses customized surveillance vehicles. The vehicles are designed to blend easily into surroundings, allowing them to remain undetected for longer periods of time. Each vehicle is equipped with periscope cameras which provide a 360 degree vantage point.

2. All Investigators are Full Time Employees

Advantage Surveillance, Inc. does not employ any independent contractors, nor do we vend out any surveillance to other firms within our coverage territory.

3. Quality Assurance

Each investigator’s location is monitored by a combination of Real Time GPS and Passive Data Logging. Rest assured that our investigator’s are where they are supposed to be.

4. Next Day Streaming Video

Our Digital Video Recording Systems allow us to stream Video typically within 24 to 48 hours of the completion of surveillance. Our integrated Image Capture software allows users to obtain their own snapshots and have them delivered via email.

5. SMART TRAK

Our Secure Online Client Portal allows 24/7 access to assignments including Streaming Video, Reports and Invoices. Client administrators can be granted access to all assignments submitted by their team.

6. Pre-Surveillance Reports

Before beginning an investigation, we perform a routine check of the information. All relevant case data, including current residence and vehicles, are verified prior to starting. The investigator wastes no time using out-dated material.

7. Regional Coverage, Local Presence

Our footprint covers the entire Southeastern United States however our strategically placed Satellite Offices meet unique geographical needs.

8. Flat Rate Pricing

We prefer to bill a flat rate fee with no hidden costs. However, we will make accommodations for those Clients who require an hourly rate fee.

9. Serving the Insurance Industry

We only serve the insurance industry.  All of our services and capabilities have been designed to provide the most reliable video documentation to assist the decision-making needs of Claims Handlers.

"If for any reason you are not satisfied with the method of an investigation conducted on your behalf, or if the level of satisfaction did not meet your expectations, we will make necessary changes to ensure your satisfaction. If our efforts continue to fall below your expectations, we will gladly refund or credit any proceeds charged to you regarding that case or we will rework the case at no additional expense.
