The Pre-Surveillance Investigation
Before beginning an investigation, we perform a routine check of the information. All relevant case data, including current residence and any vehicles, are verified prior to starting. The investigator wastes no time using out-dated material.
The Surveillance
All cases are managed by an Area Manager. The investigator receives very specific instructions regarding the case-including arrival time, check-in, and progress. All investigators are full-time employees of Advantage Surveillance, Inc.
The surveillance is conducted based on the Client's pre-arranged needs in 14 days or less.
The Post-Surveillance Report
Within 24 hours of completing a case, the investigator uploads the video to our secure server or in some cases may ship video overnight. For details on our reports, click here. Upon reviewing the report and video for compliance, the entire investigation is made available to you for examination.
