The Pre-Surveillance Investigation

Before beginning an investigation, we perform a routine check of the information. All relevant case data, including current residence and any vehicles, are verified prior to starting.

The investigator wastes no time using out-dated material.

The Surveillance

All cases are managed by an area manager. The investigator receives very specific instructions regarding the case-including arrival, check-in, and progress.

All investigators are full-time employees of the company.

The surveillance is conducted based on the Client's pre-arranged needs in 14 days or less.

The Post-Surveillance Report

Within 24 hours of a completed case, the investigator submits a detailed report from the field via e-mail and overnights the video to our offices. For details on our reports, click here.

Upon reviewing the report and video for compliance, the entire documentation is sent to you for examination.
